There were only a few occassions where I'll received letters. I still remember vividly I would get so euphoric when I received letters such as birthday vouchers and such but now no more. I have a phobia for letters. Thanks to MINDEF.
Yes, I've received letters from MINDEF Singapore for my NS enlistment! I have to register for NS through the Internet for the next one month. HOWEVER, I am going to apply for deferment!! ^^
