Today was spent with AQY, Saravanan and Fiza. The plan of the day was to go for the walk-in interview at a particular location as well as job hunting since AQY and Saravanan were only able to work for a month since they'll be going for the 3 months course at MI and JC respectively.
Our first stop was the bookstore named 'Kinokuniya' since AQY was solely tempted to learn Korean Language. She took a full one hour deciding on just a book which could help her ace the language. Certainly, our energy was slowly beginning to dry. With the help of Fiza, she was already seen queueing up at the counter. (=
So then, it was drizzling 'cause Sara and Fiza were 'serenading' to the tune of High School Musical while waiting for AQY. We decided to proceed to Far East Plaza as it had been eons since we last step foot there and after much consideration and contemplation, all four of us decided to settle down at Ramen Ten, a Halal Japanese Restaurant. The downside of it, most of us were, in fact, cashless but we still went to have our late lunch as most of us have yet to try a Japanese cuisine other than sushi of course.
To be frank, I really didn't like the food much as it was pretty bland. I guess it wasn't worth the amount they were charging plus the tax and the GST and whatsnot came almost to $6. :/ I'd rather splurge on Fish & Co. *hint hint*
After that, we proceeded to a certain location nearby for the walk-in interview. Everything went well and I'm proud to say that I finally have my first job! My first day of employment will be on the 5th(that's right after my holiday!) where I'll be undergoing a training first for 24 hours for 4 days, earning $45 and later,if I show good working performance, I'd be signed on at $5 per hour.
After the interview was done, we went home. That was not all, in the evening I met up with a few of my classmates to purchase the items necessary for BBQ and class chalet tomorrow. Aaand...after a full 1 hour of 'shopping', I decided to save on the 45 cents so I walked home with them from Ten Mile Junction carrying a total of 3 freaking heavy bags filled with foods,drinks and whatsnot. By the time I got home, I had blisters all around my fingers arggggghhh!!
And I've to don cooking gloves and apron for tomorrow. :/ I hope that there wouldn't be any cases of diarrhoea at the chalet. Hahs..

BELINDA - Wah lao, did I ever say that?! hahs. Oh, I think I know(it's about the tag at your blog?!). Alamak belinda, I'm not that kind lar..!
MEL - You saw me?!! Asal tak tegur seh?? Mmmmm, you must be with your BF then. hahahas..
NASH - Hmmmm, I don't want to say it here lar. Later many ppl know where I work, damn pai-sae larrr.. MSN me, wokie? then probably I can give you some job lobangs..(=
