Bugis here we come...
Since my major examinations drawing nearer I had to time no enjoy myself but I just did today!((= I was stuck at home for the past 5 days despite my N-levels are over. Since,none of my friends asked me out,I made the first move.
Buzz devi on Thursday and we decided we need some time off since they have also done with their final examinations.Apparently,thinesh birthday is on the following week so we thought of buying him a present.
yeap!we managed to call the rest of the donkey gang and we met at 12. We went our separate ways since the couples wanted to catch a movie.
Bugis here we come....
I have always thought that Bugis was a boring place...nothing interesting there but AQY proved me wrong. We went to Bugis Village and hell was I shock to learn that there were shops selling clothes at a very reasonable price.
I just had my allowance so without hesitation I shop for clothes..This time I wanted a change...there were loads of designers clothes and pants or jeans selling at a very REASONABLE price!!We walked aimlessly around the ground floor...An hour later,we managed to locate a shop which caught our eyes..I tried on several pants and boy I have grown a lot in terms of body fats..I can't fit in size L...Fortunately,he has XL and it fitted me!! Yeay!!((= I was elated...
Obviously I bought it.Since we were his first customer,I managed to get a discounted price...I have to pay only $40 although it cost $45.90...I saved $5.90..hehe
I couldn't get enough so I thought of purchasing another item..this time it was a t-shirt and was in purple..I decided to have a change in colour of my clothes...( ; And yep,he sold us at a discounted price...I saved another $9.90...bleak....
Since it was still early,we walked around with no destination in mind.. We just wanna time to pass...
We had a haircut and we didn't like it..It cost us $26.90.Myself and AQY regretted cutting there....Oh boy,my secret is out!! I told my friends that I cut at a $10 salon..sigh..pai-seh lah!
At 5,we head down to town..this time,we met Thinesh and Devi.Again,we walked around aimlessly with no destination in mind..
I was exhausted with all that walking but we still walk to Heeren.By the time,it was already 6.30pm,and was time to find a place for break fast. Luckily,my friends who were non-muslims understand my situation...
After filling our stomachs,we head down to Heeren again.this time with a purpose to snap some shots!! Yes Yes!! Neoprints...((x
We idle around town to again..let time pass..we didn't want to go home but since we were worn out...we head back home...
in the bus,we were like small children making a lot of noise...laughing here and there...We reached home smiling.....
Nonetheless,we enjoyed ourselves....(=
