BANG BANG YOU ARE DEAD!
Wet. Cold. The sound of rain on my windows wakes me up. It restricts your every movement and it wet your clothes. The rain on Tuesday morning doesn't make my day. I had an umbrella with me but for god's sake,it was spoilt! Damn it!! So,I had to walk in the rain. The nearer I am to school,the heavier the rain is. Upon reaching school,I was already DRENCHED! But today,the rain wasn't that bad! I was dry...
Allright allright...Sat in class for only 2 periods and I'm gone to Hwa Chong Instituition(previously Chinese High). We had a technical run at the auditorium. Well,it feels good to be on stage once again but the only problem is that I have lose the momentum. I mean the feeling of nervousness and excitement isn't there anymore. Hmm,I do feel a little but it wasn't the 'feeling' I wanted. We were given 2hours at the auditorium and we make full use of it.
We had the first full run and it was sucks! Our energy was low,we missed a few of our lines,we are not in character,we did'nt enjoy the play,we SUCK! And moreover,Gan Eng Seng were watching our play and I think they have a bad impression on our play and us as we did a terrible job. Oh well...after the first run,Mr Eddy & Mr Mark lectured us! Tell us that we should do a great job as we are given this opportunity to perform to the public. Its a rare chance.
We did a second run and it was much better. Now,I exactly know what Mr Mark means by feeling the light on my face...We had a stop start.
Mr Mark told us that the Raffles Instituition students wanted to see us perform as they will not be able to watch our performance tomorrow.We were given a choice wheather or not we allow them to watch.So,we agreed! And, thank god, it was 120% better than the 2 previous runs... And I agree with that. We were so much better but we have to push ourselves more. We still have an improvement to do.
Tomorrow is the preview. A few Drama Club members will be watching our play. They will be foloowing us to Hwa Chong and see us perfrom..And, not only that..other students will also be coming and watch us perform. It will be a full house!
Friday is d day. The day we will be performing and it will be our last play we'll be doing. No more 'Bang Bang You're Dead!'. I'll miss it! School principals will be watching us and parents and public members. It will be awesome!! hehe...
By the way,if you are still confusing why we are performing is that. We took part in the SYF Central Judging Competition 2005. We won Gold With Honours without any high expectations and we were chosen among the 6 schools who attained Gold with Honours(We are the four...the fantastic 4...hehe..) to perform to the public and school principals and guest! We were honoured! Adnd we are not going to dissapoint our school.
Anyways,we came back to school and had to listen to the stupid assmebly talk. After that, we went to Lot 1 to buy costumes for ourselves..We bought it at Giordano... And we loiter around at Lot1. We make a scene is the LRT,in the mall,everywhere we make so much noise like nobody's bussiness! haha =))
And we took FREE neoprints..hehe... I mean that, we took our camera phones and took a picture of ourselves..'cause the background was nice....hehe...
