Yeah! He's back..Mr RUDy is back! sigh sigh sigh..I'm extremely worn-out and sleepy. haiz.. Hmm,should I or should I not post an entry about the 2 days 1 night performing arts camp...??? Maybe I'll just briefly type the neccessary things,kay?!! Should you get bored when you read this entry,then its TOO BAD lor!!
Day 1
I was awaken by the beeping and vibrating alarm clock in my phone. 6.30am. Get up from bed and continue to finish packing my stuffs for the camp. Then I had a bathe. Changed, had breakfast and met Matt at 7.30am at the usual place. Waited for RiDtz and we make our way to school together. As usual,the teachers are late for 15 minutes. The campers assembled in the hall. I was shock to heard from Matt and RiDtz that only 4 Drama Club members are going to the camp.It was bloody pathetic. And the 4 are all dudes...dudes from Drama Club. I was really shocked mann!! I can't imagine that there's a no response from the rest of the drama members to attend for the camp. And some people are just plain LAZY to attend. If one can't come,the rest pakat and don't attend the camp together. Why must they always influence by their friends. So what if your best friend aren't able to attend..You have the rest of us right??!! And can't you make friends during the camp??!! URRGGHHH!! I was bloody pissed with them on that day. Back to the point,Ms Sheila put us in groups. I was grouped with Janelle,Jasmine,Wei Ling, Afiqah,....er seriously I've forgotten their names! Each group got a mixed of each performing arts CCA group. And since there were only 5 guys(one was from Choir),each of the group has only A guy but there was one group with 2. It seems that the male population is going to extinct..So,since the guy has limited 'power',all of us got bullied by the girls. All the four guys became the group leader..haiz. After that, we played a light game to warm us up as wr seem dead. Conducted by Mr Eddy so its all about Drama.. So then,Ms Quah will tell us our secret pal.No one should know who's our secret pal is and ur secret pal must also not know you are their secret pal..haha..Looks complicating huh?! And we has to write a letter for our secret pals for the 2 days..Just to encourage them etc. And we proceed on doing our mascots.Something which represents your very own group. Oh btw,we came up with a unique group name.... Stylo Mylo Fantastic 7.lol..Nice right?? So we decided to do a mummy but it turns out to be like a corpse & some say it looks like voo-doo dolls(i'm not sure about the spelling!). So after an hour or so doing our mascots,we proceed to Esplanade. The bus was bloody late. Well,it was enriching but the duration of the tour too short,only 45mins. Learn more about their Theatre Studio,Concert Hall etc. We came back to school and had our lunch.. Erm,I don't have the appetite to eat so I just finish half and the rice is like stones.. No other comments. Next,we had our own session.But since Mr Eddy has to buy a few things for the camp,we accompanied him to BP Plaza and we too shopped for foods. I was aiming Old Chang Kee.Finally,after eaten that I was full. 1 hour and we proceed to the Music room..stage make-up workshop.haha..I hate that. Yasmin,the make up arist needs 2 male models and 1 female model. Unfortuntely,I was chosen to be the model for basic guys make-up..And I don't understand why she hadd to make-up me as a drunk! In the end I look horrible! We had tea break after 2 hours of workshop and it was the time where we will know our theme for our short play.After discussions with our group,it was bathing time.I feel so refreshed after that.I bathed at the teachers gents..muahaha.. Followed by dinner and then a workshop to create good short plays/play-lets. I LOVE the workshop very much.Natalie,the intructor was fabulous.Told us many advices and all of us had loads of fun during the 3 hour workshop. She also help each group with their play. And it turn out to be wonderful. Then wwe had our free time and we watched Midnight Movie.Nah,not scary movies.We watched School of Rock and it rawk mann!! I love the movie so much!! It was 1 am and I feel so sleepy but when I was in the bunk I couldn't sleep.haiz.And I create a script for my group members so that they will remember their lines and I slept at around 4am but I woke up a few times.
Day2
Wake up with panda eyes..lol.. We hadd breakfast and off to the hall for warm-ups. Some of the warm-ups are really effective for getting abs..hehe.. Then we separate in our groups and continue rehearsing our play. We were given an hour for polishing. I was very stress at that time. But I kept myself cool. In the end, we satisfied with our rehearsals and I brief them a little bit about the play.. Luckily, it was held in the Music Room as most of my members are very soft-spoken. And when we performed it to the rest of the campers,we were really satisfied as we made the audience laugh. But I regretted laughing while I was acting.I wasn't focus at all. Then we were surprised to know that we are the winners of the Best Performance. And when we reveal our secret pals,I was shock as she is a sec1..haha..Erm,nvm!! And my secret pal is QinYi(aqy)LOL! So then,we had to do area cleaning. And after that,more prizes to be given and we were again surprised to hear that we had the best group(i think). Aiya something like that lar. And this time it was bigger so we decided to share our prizes with the rest of the campers.hehe.. So kind of us right??! ;p Me,Matt and Ridtz stayed back for awhile.They wanted to eat at BP Plaza but I was too jaded and just went back home.
Home Sweet Home..My stomach is calling for food but I got no appetite at all to eeat.Guess I should eat and then I take a nap.. ADIOS!!!!! =]
